Update: (sorry for double post) I transferred the whole gw2 file to an external SSD with USB 3.0. It is running amazingly! I think the problem is Apple’s new file sorting system with HS. Just thought people should know about this workaround.

I am running entirely on low and native, haven’t seen much improvement with subsample. It HAS improved as the day went on though. Still not what it used to be :<. I am not running on Retina display settings

I am trying not to be peeved because I absolutely love this game. But this new client has made it unplayable. When I stand still I have upwards of 40 frames but as soon as I start moving npcs disappear and it drops to under 10 frames. Also there is a horrible sound lag between actions. From my understanding of the minimum requirements my MacBook is up to snuff to run this.
