Since support redirected me here, I'd really like to know at least if I have to forget about completing this achievement or if I can hope for this issue to be solved.

My character is unable to complete that achievement, despite having the Tormented Tourmaline. To achieve it : Get kicked from the instance at the moment you should be getting the saturated tormented tourmaline; fail to recieve it, then have the fire magical orb unable to perform the operation again, effectively locking you from the achievement. The bug might be pretty hard to achieve due to require insanely bad timing happening, but it's there and logging back after almost a year didn't seem to fix anything; so I guess the orb actor was set to completed (while I'm still lacking the tourmaline to finish the achievement). I'd appreciate a lot if there was any way to fix this.
