Hullo everyone! My email account was recently hacked and google activated a security measure that locks it up from ever accessing it. But thankfully it didn't include the mobile gmail app which led me to recover and screenshot my purchases and the necessary info that can make the whole issue more solvable.
I sent the mail to the support team and they sent a link that changes my email which I believe verifies the issue. I typed the email address that I want to use. And then when it's all done, I tried using the same email but the account still has the same bugged email with the same password. Just posting it here so the support team could check what I'm supposed to do to resolve the issue. And I also sent a reply pertaining to the issue.
