  1. Thousand Seas Pavilion

    • Fixed an issue in which the Mystic Forge would transform mounted players that were just passing through.
    • Greatly increased the duration of random transformations made in the Mystic Forge.
    • Fixed an issue in which the Mysterious Waters Fish nodes could sometimes become invisible.
    • Heavy Target Golems are no longer champions.
    • Indestructible Target Golems are now champions.
    • Added the Eye of the North to the list of fast-travel destinations.

so why can't the other "passes" have access to Eye of the North? Why wasn't this function added to all passes since it's still a main hub and has function for strike missions still in use? Can we have it as an option, please?

  2. This is just a personal thing, but maybe some of you all are in agreement. I wish that Prince Rurik's Vanguard Cape was longer on other races to match the look on humans. Also, I wish Destinations to and from places like Mistlock Sanctuary were available via the portal in Eye of the North if the required item was purchased and/or in inventory .

  3. I was thinking how cool it would be if GW2 paid tribute to it's roots by updating the character select screen to have selectable load screen music from Prophecies, Factions, etc. as well as new backgrounds to match that content.

I was also thinking of having an update to the jukebox in the home instance to include even more tracks from the past.

The collection can give out a tradeable infusion which gives players some legendary effect regardless of the armor skin used. For example, you could have the Raid Armors 'draw" animation on any skin you wanted with this infusion. WvW and PvP could have similar draw/stow or other infusion effects.

Making the infusion sellable would help recover costs for those with multiple sets OR they could just make multiple repeats of the collection give a bundle of appropriate materials like clovers plus tickets for wvw, shards for pvp, raid currency for raid armors.

I don't like the clover idea, but the mode-exclusive currency idea is splendid. Clearly those players had interest in that mode, so why not reward them with currency they can use to get weapons/trinkets of that same nature? That much makes sense to me.

This gives a way for a user to make their money back, and allows others the ability to purchase these for their armory.

    THIS!

Since the start of the game players were able to purchase a legendary weapon straight from trading post. Why not the same for the armor now going forward? If that person has a full set, why not allow it to be sold as a bundle too? The game had always devalued legendary status from the beginning.

I do understand, why some (rich) players, that have multiple legendary sets, think that they are entitled to some form of compensation to become richer.

However, because Anet is not taking anything away from these players, there should'nt be a compensation in gold/currency etc. . I think some title/appreciation for those players should be enough.

I know many players who aren't "rich" who save up money and farmed mats to make extra sets of armor.

A player who can make (or has made) several sets of legendary armor is already rich.

And wanting to be compensated for a massive change like this is after working hard to create those sets is not a sense of entitlement.

What (financial / gold) does the game take away for which you want to be compensated?

The armors post this update will be useless, ppl want compensation because smth that was a legit mechanic of the game (crafting multiple armors) has now left them with multiple useless sets.

Not a mechanic. A "feature". Definitely was a choice option that wasn't bound by player limitations.

I this could be fair, although, at the same time they aren't losing anything. They are just having the system changed in a way that obviously changes what the benefits are for doing so. This is why I can understand wanting some type of refund or compensation for the extra investment.

That said, also think it shouldn't be a full refund of materials. Maybe certain ones, but certainly not everything. The reason is, many people who unlocked say 3 sets of light legendary armor didn't ONLY do it to have legendary armor convenience on each toon.(If they did the new update seems to still provide that anyway) Rather, I would think most people who are making 3 sets of the same armor class/weight are probably wanting to unlock all the skin sets as much as anything which they still have the benefit of. Meaning, the pvp mistforged, wvw mistforged, and perfected envoy skin sets. Seems like this is extra value is retained. Just saying.

I think they should only expect the same kinda treatment as someone who had crafted two of the same legendary weapons long ago, "Twice Told Legend". Maybe make it some kinda AP reward with a set of 6 transmute charges.

Because PvP equipment is very different from normal inventory items, it will not take any space away from your standard equipment.

Aight but I'm totally still going to have to use a PvE build in Structured PvP from now on because I can't afford to give up a slot

This was my fear - we needed 1 or 2 other equip slots granted to match the build count or something., though I get the feeling PvP will get some other "phantom slots" that are strictly for use in PvP. That would please the player base in that mode, I think.
