  1. So. It's December now. Logged in after a few months. Aaaaand... was soon disconnected after a short while yet again. And again I checked the forums, noticed that several others are suffering from random disconnects as well. However there's no solution yet anywhere on the horizon. I was thinking of purchasing the latest expansion, hoping the updates have fixed the issue, but now am most likely am resorting to uninstall and forgetting about the game altogether.
  2. I have. So far the most consistent "solution" seems to be waiting till it magically solves itself. More often than not the reports are, that it's not working. It's like seasickness - everyone's got a cure, but nothing works. Just tried for another 15 minutes or so. The solution has not yet come to me. I haven't had this issue with the game before, but I last played before the latest expansion. So maybe there's something. I haven't had any connectivity problems with other games. And just to check, I installed a software to monitor my internet while playing GW2, and according to that too - the connection on my end is all fine and dandy.
  3. There is no cure. Just venting. I'm fed up. Have played the game without issues before. Decided to give it a go again and installed it about a week ago. However. It keeps disconnecting and showing the same error code over and over again. I've searched the forums, tips and everything I've managed to find about the situation, but so far nothing has worked. And I am 99% sure the fault does not lie in my end. Especially since the internet connection has been stable and everything else has worked without zero connectivity issues. Doing the story missions has become impossible (currently stuck at the Retribution), since I've not managed to beat the timeframe when decides to disconnect. And though logging back in only takes a second, one is instantly thrown out of the story instance. Why has there not been set a minute or so for a buffer zone to avoid needless restarts is beyond me. So. I guess my choice is, for the moment, just to check back in for about a month or so and see if the issue has magically fixed itself or not. At least that seems to be the only "fix" that is at least somewhat popular. But I am not sure if I can be bothered then anymore. TLDR: If you've got the same error, just give up.
