  1. It seems two tickets were made on the fresh account, unfortunately. The first ticket was when I tried using an alternate e-mail account to send a ticket to support@arena.net, and I didn't realize the ticket system would preserve that original one after I had made the new account with the same alternate e-mail address I used. Regardless, the tickets exist now and I'm getting Zendesk e-mails, so hopefully the support person won't be too upset with me whenever it's my turn in line. Really wanted to try and avoid making another duplicate ticket, but it is what it is I guess. Sorry about that. 😞
  2. Hey @Chaba.5410, thanks a lot for the reply. My account email looks safe. Checked all recently accessed devices and locations, and everything looks good. Already got 2FA on it as well. Thanks for the suggestion though, appreciate it. edit: Also checked spam as well as all other folders. Just to make sure, I also added the e-mail addresses listed here to my contacts list and filters list such that they are never sent to spam and always sent to my inbox: Problems Receiving ArenaNet Emails – Guild Wars 2 Support I made a new account just now (Pantsu.4902) and used that account to submit the tickets with all the original information I included in my original e-mails. Hopefully that's okay despite the fact it's not the original account in question.
  3. Hello, Apologies if this isn't the right place to inquire about this topic. Earlier today I was kicked out of the game and am unable to log in. I'm getting the following error: This account has been blocked for security purposes. Please contact customer support for assistance. I tried to go through the website to submit a support ticket, but it requires me to log in to do so. However, if I try to log in through the website, I get the same error mentioned above. I tried sending an e-mail to support@arena.net, however I don't appear to be getting back any type of automatic response or confirmation from any sort of ticketing system. Am I supposed to be getting one? Out of concern I ended up sending another e-mail to support@guildwars2.com and also for posterity tried sending one more to support@arena.net with an alternate e-mail account. The alternate e-mail account received a response from Zendesk almost immediately which contained a link that asks for me to submit my e-mail address for password reset. I tried both my account e-mail and alternate e-mail, and in both cases haven't gotten any response back from Zendesk. Can I get some assistance here to resolve this issue? Would really love to hop back in and play again. Any help would be appreciated. Apologies in advance if I had been inadvertently creating duplicates but was just not aware.
