Apologies if this isn't the right place to inquire about this topic.
Earlier today I was kicked out of the game and am unable to log in. I'm getting the following error:
This account has been blocked for security purposes. Please contact customer support for assistance.
I tried to go through the website to submit a support ticket, but it requires me to log in to do so. However, if I try to log in through the website, I get the same error mentioned above.
I tried sending an e-mail to support@arena.net, however I don't appear to be getting back any type of automatic response or confirmation from any sort of ticketing system. Am I supposed to be getting one? Out of concern I ended up sending another e-mail to support@guildwars2.com and also for posterity tried sending one more to support@arena.net with an alternate e-mail account. The alternate e-mail account received a response from Zendesk almost immediately which contained a link that asks for me to submit my e-mail address for password reset. I tried both my account e-mail and alternate e-mail, and in both cases haven't gotten any response back from Zendesk.
Can I get some assistance here to resolve this issue? Would really love to hop back in and play again. Any help would be appreciated.
