I hope this may help to fix this bug: During today's attempt on vespera when boss reached 40% I got a "event failed" announcement while timer was still at more than 3:00. Still the boss stayed up and we could kill it but no achievement as the event was mentionned as failed before I guess.

You mean wvw players need casual players but they are not aware of it? That's why they camp them, they don't accept them into their squad, they kill them before they complete their goal and lots of very unfriendly behaviour. Be a friendly community, organise runs for casual players on lfg (I've never seen any) and ppl will have a great time playing and will join and enjoy the game. You'll get more participation, more resources and no more need for pvp and pve players to avoid wvw at all cost.

I agree with the idea that players must try every game mode. And having a gob reward track in pvp will certainly help players to discover pvp. Because atm there's no need to go pvp.
