Happened to me just now. Cerus dissappeared at 25%. So, this bug persists since August, and they haven't fixed it yet???

Same. I bought SotO on release to get access to Weapon Mastery for all my characters, including low level. Now i feel cheated.

Same here. Characters below level 80 cannot equip elite spec weapons anymore. But weapons equipped before the bug are still useable, my lvl 55 thief can still use her old lvl 47 rifle. The bug only prevents equipping those weapons.

I killed Golem Mark II 3 times with 2 different characters and no luck. This bug persists.
