I'm new to elementalist and i'm a bit overwhelmed by the options that the class presents.
I would like to know if celestial tempest is still a decent build for open world and maybe some instanced content because i've seen it recommended a long time ago. I don't plan on doing too many fractals or raids but it's nice to have a build that has some versatility. I really enjoy the 3 elite specs but i would prefer something without too high skill ceiling since i play mostly to relax.

Hi there! What class can make the best use of longbow currently? I play mostly open world content but would like to throw some instanced content once in a while. Any recommendation is welcome. Thank you!
