  1. The reason is mangohud, it causes the problems with GW2. It was globally activated inside Goverlay and also passed as command argument inside steam. I turned off this global enabled inside Goverlay and also removed mangohud %command% and voilla GW2 runs again. Something must have been changed inside GW2 as it worked flawless some days ago. Thanks to all who tried to help me :)
  2. There is a log file in my /home named steam-1284210.log, this is quite huge. When I switch to Proton8.0-5, I see messages like wine:38455): GStreamer-WARNING **: 22:46:19.686: Failed to load plugin '/home/th3o/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Proton 8.0/dist/lib64/gstreamer-1.0/libgstisomp4.so': /home/th3o/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Proton 8.0/dist/lib64/gstreamer-1.0/libgstisomp4.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64 in the console where I started steam from.
  3. Nearly every time I start Steam GW2 seems to be updated. I also already tried ALT + ENTER but this isn't changing anything. I hear the sound of the game but don't see anything. This is weird because other games work without problems. I looked in the log folder of steam, there is a lot of log files inside, which of them could contain any useful information. Is this pixman package part of steam, of Proton or of my Nobara? I also competely reinstalled GW2, but this also didn't change anything.
  4. I'm running Nobara 39 and the pixman version is 0.42.2-2.fc39. What is the deal with the pixman package?
  5. Since 3 days my GW2 on Steam isn't working properly. I can start the game, hear sound but there is no video output. Other games work without problems. Also gaming without Steam like BG3 from GOG work properly. For test purposes I installed some GE-Protion8 versions but this didn't change anything. Someone else with the same problem here?
