  1. @Rubi Bayer.8493 Any Update on this? It is working again for me but I have 2 Accounts that were affected. Lost some acclaim on my main but around 1k acclaim on my 2nd account because I just couldn't buy the rewards in time

  3. same for me, guess we wait for the update and hope they either fixed it with the update or can fix it shorty after working in IT myself I know both sides, customer and developer patience is key 😉 we got the confirmation that they are aware, best we can do is wait and provide more information if they ask for or have more people report the issue here to eventually escalate the priority, if that is not already on a high level
  4. Changed to google DNS, did restart and flushdns, cleared gw2 cache, started the game -> no rewards tab hopefully the dev team can figure out what is causing this
  5. Support answered me and I created some network protocol for them to investigate. I'll update if I get another answer
  6. I tried the Hotspot thing with my phone, doesn't work for me, VPN is not an option for me. I also created a ticket but so far the only response is the generic "try stuff that we have listed on the following link" which did not help at all. I have two accounts and both are capped now, hope they'll get a fix soon. My friend has no issue at all
