You are not the wvw owner, arenanet alrdy said many times i can play like this, i can follow hiden tags and i can even interupt their "gvg" fights, accept it and move on. My message is for arenanet, not for you. stay on topic and dont go off topic. i said how to fix wvw, you kitten because i use my tag when i see an hiden tag, the squad is your and you can choose to invite and to not invite what you want how you want. i dont want force your squad, everytime i see an hiden tag i ask to get an invite, if i dont get any invite i tag up and make sure everyone without squad will have a squad, i can understand this annoys you, but this how it works.

Also what you wrotoe here is pretty much fake, you only butthurted because i run my own tag and follow hiden tags. i will do it for everyone who dont have the rights to join your special force hiden tag. and they are many since everytime i get from 15 to 25 players inside my public tag, depends on border 🙂

The only difference is that, i can play every content on this game how i want and when i want, second i can make my own squad and get 15/20 players and follow the hiden tag, third im on teamspeak or discord with my ppl when i play gw2, and for last, i can play whatever game i want, if i wrtoe the stuff i wrote is because i have 12 years old experience on gw2, also want add that GUILD WARS name is not because of guild LOL, was a guild wars 1 thing and was about FACTIONS war something that doesnt exist on gw2 🙂. your post is only a poast from a hater, someone that is hurted because i play my own squad, as i said if hiden and closed tags wont invite me i will make my own squad and follow the hiden tag, call it troll or childish i dont care, i play like this and i enjoy it.

WvW has been ruined 4 or 5 years ago with the implement of hiden tags, since then wvw become horrible and il explain why. First of all guilds, guilds are ruining the wvw because they do not play wvw, they likes to fight other guilds on open field, boring fight without any reward, they do not fight for own server or own team, they only fight without a reason ingoring wvw mechanics like attack/defend/Upgradinng. Second: Some wvw servers are completely dead during the day, no one play it to attack/defend, those servers usually are the server where guilds are stacked, those players on those "wvw" guilds are not real wvw players, they only want fight other guilds so they play ONLY when their guild is going to make a squad. this thing will keep the population of a server very high but in fact the server is not high, only during prime time you see queue on every borders for a couple of hours, then wvw is dead again. is boring to be on those servers, is boring to fight against those servers. Third: Nowdays since hiden tags mostly of the players left on wvw want play only on hiden tags and closed tags that are on discord, is common to see a server completely dead and 5 mins later 20 que on the border. Wvw is not anymore wvw, the ppl that likes wvw left the game since wvw is not anymore wvw. To fix this problema and have wvw back the only solutions is that: Remove Guild Tags on wvw, Remove Hiden Tags on wvw, Remove points per kill. Give more reward for winning a match-up, Expand the wvw Team chat to PvE too, Make enemies name visible (Is not important for the wvw itself but is good since guild tag removal ) This is the only way to fix the wvw and have wvw and players back. Ive analyzed other options and they will not works. The only options to fix wvw are those and must be done all togheter.

Yeah man, Virtuoso will be insane next weeks, now i dont see many of them around, but they will be next signet cata, imagine a virtuoso rabid amulet with antitoxin runes and shield, this is a mess, Virtuoso need to be nerfed now.... It will be the next signet catalyst, i will quit this game if they dont balance this stuff, ranger and virtuoso have priority on nerfs, engi granade can wait, engi is not that strong, only granade are aproblem.

Sim em too, need longer CD, atleast 30 more seconds CD. is not only souldbeast, even untamed is broken.

First thread was about ranger only, after playing 30+ hours of pvp with the new balance patch/expansion i have something to add, and i added the mesmer and granade issues, ranger issues is pretty well knowed at this point, but i didnt saw any thread about Virtuoso, Virtuoso will be the next overpowered spec, give 3/4 more days and you will see only Virtuoso signets + shield, is completely broken, is unkillable and deal way too much condi damage, also is easy to play, just spam and dodge, you will kill someone.

Ranger damage is insanely hight, need an hot fix, we cannot wait the next balance patch, is not balance matter, is more like a bug, is very insane. Mesmer has many issues, first of all the shield on any mesmer spec is too much, too strong. Second, Virtuoso singet is immortal and keep deal condi damage with any skill pressed, too easy to play, too easy to survive and too easy to tank everyone, virtuoso is immortal and now even worse due to shield, Virtuoso need Distortion nerf, Virtuoso need shield nerf, Mesmer need more CD in his passive. Engineer Granade is a problem, the granade kit deal way too much damage, can 100 - 0 whole team in a team fight, too much damage, also the combo invisible + gyro + granade spam can kill any player within 2 seconds, this is too much, granade kit need a nerf.

Ranger need nerf on pets, smokescale longer CD and pig less damage, also sic em need rework, make it works ONLY on pet skills and not on weapons skills, the damage is insane atm.

Why you cant read the first post? Is hard to understand that if you remove guild names and guild tag ppl cannot recognize you and they dont know if they are a guild/pug/public tag etc, it will help with the roleplay gvg situation. is not hard to understand.

Obviusly you never queue for 20/25 mins to join a border and figure out theres nothing of nothing, bounch of guilds hiden tags closed squads roleplaying near spawnpoint or near the keep. This has been my last 4 days on gandara, Border without que outnumbered and nothing, border with 25+ que hiden tags and closed squads only, wvw is trash nowdays. Main reason are those roleplayers, accept it.

Match manipulation, you know what is? read the game rules. This streamer did it for atleast 1 year, now he moved on the arena in eotm. but he did on wvw borders for atleast 1 year. This streamer is part of the problem, this is how it started with all those roleplayers ruining wvw.

If arenanet remove guild names and guild tags will be harder for those roleplayer to manipulate the match by doing guild vs guild and ruin the fun of the ppl who is not interested on this kinda of roleplay. Remember the main problem is not them roleplaying a gvg but is them floading the wvw population and the que.

I want wvw mode back, like many of us. not only me, im the only one who is telling this on forum, other ppl just quit the game and move on, you play by 2 years maybe and dont know how was wvw back in the days.

Exactly, the game i want is the game many ppl want, sadly many ppl gave up and quit gw2 and more will quit, i recently came back after 2 years and the situation is not changed, some are ruining the game of many, this is the truth, want know what is absourd to me? theres a streamer that stream and organize gvg, basically is matching manipulation, he do this in stream and the sad part is that theres a member of arenanet that help him to destroy wvw, dont remember the name but is true, this is crazy. This streamer must be banned not helped, arenanet was a serious company before gw2, gw1 pvp was pretty serious.

It will solve the problem if you cant see who is the enemy + visible tag. is easy to understand, visible tag + no guild name/tag = no more "gvg" ppl will follow tag and enemies are unable to know who is the "gvg" partecipant and who is not, this solution will self-moderate the wvw with time. will kill the gvg problem.

Recently i joined Gandara to get rid of Piken Square, but sadly i noticed Gandara is worse than Piken for 2 reasons, 1: no players during the day, 2: big queue during prime time. So: why Gandara is worse than piken? Gandara is worse because of big queue and no squads. On Piken the problem is the morning ppt/pver squad, on Gandara the problem are the guilds, those guilds run on hiden and closed squads on prime time, they make big que and they count as wvw population, those guilds are very useless for wvw, they do nothing but fighting other guilds near spawnpoint or near specific areas. Piken Square doesnt have those guilds problem, this is why piken is better. Bad servers but better than Gandara. Now, since i moved once and i moved in a server that is worse than Piken and i heard many servers are like Gandara, wondering if i has been unlucky or this is the wvw situation? This is completely trash, wvw is not funny anymore, this is guilds fault and arenanet fault, guilds are useless in wvw, they only make big que and make ppl quit the game. Those guilds should have another game mode and leave wvw because wvw has been ruined by those toxic guilds that are useless for the game mode and ruin the game of the ppl like me who want play wvw to play wvw and not to roleplay some kinda of weird pvp guild vs guild. Seems like Arenanet doesnt care about wvw or pvp in general. This game is developed only on pve side we understood this, but atleast they could do something to make wvw better. Solution 1: Remove guild name and guild tag in wvw and remove hiden Commander Tag. Solution 2: Make a new mode for those roleplayers, make a GvG mode so they can get away from wvw. Solution 3: Make a completely new mode, something like city sieges, make guilds fights to own a city. (Pretty meme since Arenaet was unable to make this Alliances wvw, imagine a new mode like this). The best and fastest solution is the number 1: Some ppl will cry about this. I have the universal answers to those roleplayers: Get away from wvw. Go in PvP arena, Ranked/Unranked.

i leave because the ppl that was supposed to manage piken back in the days did nothing, the "commanders" that lead mornin group are knowed and no one told them to stop and explained them why they are damaging us, the same ppl that used to critic me and was supposed to be ts admins, dicord admins, guild leaders etc moved on other servers, i saw many of them on wsr and fsp, this is a fact, they think that they can manage something because they are liked oooh ppl likes me im nice with everyone im lovely and cute ppl want me to manage anything, well we saw what happened on piken, and yes i will leave because theres nothing left to fight for, i consider myself the last of the pikeners and the only one who worked to make it better, you consider me a troll, deal, im fine with it, self unconscuous ppl live better, maybe they took conscious at the end and they prefer to keep lie to themselve, its ok. goodbye
