  1. I'm coming up on my first character's 6th birthday. Makes sense, although I'm not referring to the perceived favouritism of Anet themselves, but that of the players. Makes sense. I don't ask that they divert time and resources away from EoD to change this now, just eventually. My answer isn't no. My answer is this: The likelihood of this being ever fixed is exactly why I brought it up to begin with: To shed light on it so that it might be fixed eventually.
  2. "Fixed"? "Fixing" something suggests that it's not working as intended; therefor, it is broken, and thus, it ought to be fixed. Furthermore, it stands to reason that the devs never intended for something as inane as a gravitational gimmick to affect damage output, even if it's the damage output of a single build on a single class,(as far as we know, at any rate) and I feel that it's exactly this level of rarity that lends itself to the fact that it's still an issue, given the scarcity of thieves in T4 fractals. If it were one of the more popular classes/builds like condi firebrand or condi scourge that were affected, I would imagine it wouldn't take long at all for it to be rectified.
  3. If you were to read my first post more carefully, you'd understand that I'm not asking to have the low gravity environment removed, but rather the part of Death Blossom that makes your character leave the ground removed.

  5. Hello! I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this as this is my first forum post, but here goes. Lately I've been playing more condi daredevil (as opposed to power daredevil which is my usual go-to) during my daily runs of T4s and CMs, and I've come across a rather particular issue: Death Blossom, an attack whose animation has your character leave the ground(and is a whirl finisher, by the way), is affected by the low gravity of the part of the Shattered Observatory fractal that comes after the first boss. This results in your character having to spend precious time falling back to the ground at the end of the Death Blossom animation, which becomes an issue as Death Blossom is the weapon skill you use for DPS in the rotation, aside from auto-attacks of course. Meanwhile, Heartseeker(a leap finisher) which is another skill whose animation has your character visibly leave the ground, is wholly unaffected by the low gravity. That being said, I'd very much like it if Anet could remove the leaving-the-ground part of Death Blossom and make it work like Heartseeker does in that regard. They already removed its travel distance being affected by your character's movement speed (and Kormir bless them for that) so surely another QoL change could only do good, right?
