Let's have a bunch of limited time sales on items in the Black Lion store. Great idea, right? I logged in to grab one of those and was a little short on gems. So, I went to purchase some gems. I've done it in the past (and it seems like it's a new card processor). I go through the payment information, fully expecting to see the gems show up as usual. Instead, I get a notice that my purchase will be reviewed before the gems get issued. I've never had this happen before (played here since launch), so I try switching to Paypal, since that's sometimes faster for them to get approval. Same message. These are not for large amounts, thankfully, but after more than 30 minutes after receiving notification that Paypal had sent them the funds, I still had no gems. I wound up trading gold for gems to get the item since I wasn't sure I'd get the gems before the sale ended. Last gem purchase I'll ever make.
