chapter 2 : power not unlocking?

ah ok i have to finish champions yet (too busy :( )strange i could have sworn truce was visible before.ty for the information -
so i logged in and the new chapter isnt unlocking.also for some reason the chapter truce is no longer there. also no option to buy it. is this a bug?
