The reworks on some thief traits are nice...gives you super speed, protection, healing and blinds all the good stuffs but to access those we need to be able to access stealth...one problem though we lost more access to stealth. Weather your running offensive or supportive specter its undeniably hard to use it if your using weapons other than scepter/dagger or scepter/pistol. To be effective they both have to use traits like acrobatics, shadowarts and trickery. Being a support specter ,Traits like Hidden Thief and concealing restoration was a very big help losing the aggro or dodging lethal blows, now both traits are gone we have to rely on utilities, cloak and dagger and blasts from shroud to access stealth. Not the easiest thhing to do especially when the opposition has a big aoe that could easily kill you if you get near or the opposition has a an unlimited amount of blocks or attacks to dish onto you. Now that the traits like hidden thief and restorative shadows are gone were basically sitting ducks to get hit on an open field unless we dodge, cloak and dagger and take cover. My suggetion is to rework one of the traits to add a stealth on steal or heal or both because specter wont be able to thrive as much if they are running the current other traits and utilities, specter is not as mobile as other classes, does not have the best stun breaking skills
