Hmmm I think probably my gaurdian, I have not done allot with him yet, then most likely ranger, mesmer, warrior, it seems to me the warrior would be the most efficient. I really have to learn to play warrior. On my condi renegade, power soulbeast, and reaper I am almost unkillable. On my other chars I can hang in for a really long time. On my warrior (spellbreaker) I charge in and die immediately. Sometimes I sit there laughing at my monitor like a madman at how fast I die. I cannot get the hang of it. When the HoT mobs blanket the whole area in AoE and a sniper off to the side I have no answer. Obviously it's my issue and not the profession. Condi Renegade is my main and I have the crutch of ranged, same with Soulbeast. Reaper has an army that keeps aggro off of you.When I have to melee in tough situations I'm toast. I think I am going to force myself to sit in Verdant Brink until I L2P. I want to feel how awesome warrior is too!

All guardian power builds use GS in almost every build, including PvP. It is not another profession that uses GS,it is the main profession that uses GS. As for LB, it sucks, especially in PvE. Anet does not seem interested in fixing it. The other professions I had originally leveled that mainly used GS were mesmer, soulbeast, and reaper. This game has a serious bias towards greatsword. I mean they made the thing a ranged weapon for mesmers. That's ridiculous.

Maybe I am wrong, but I feel like the weapon that an elite specialization unlocks shouldn't be garbage to use. I was so excited to finish unlocking Dragon Hunter, turns out I am yet ANOTHER profession using a greatsword. Starting to feel like no matter what I choose I end up with a damn greatsword.

Figured I would resurrect this since it is still going on. This is the first character I have had this happen to. I keep logging but no luck so far. This warrior has had THE WORST time trying to get through the personal story. The bug in Tower Down, The Battle of Fort Trinity had a mob spawn underground and it kept attacking the NPCs not letting the quest advance, so that took a restart. Now this.

I forgot about Norn female. They look amazing in almost any role.

I love the look of a human male, but that voice... ugh. I can't do it. Human female looks great in armor, but you would have to hear about how she could outrun a centaur 10 times a minute (is it only elementalist that says this?). So, until they give me a male human with a male sylvari voice, I would go with female sylvari. Male sylvari looks good except for that insanely goofy run animation when his weapon is sheathed.
