Yea..i have found the culprit,unfortunately it was not in-game settings but the d912pxy addon that caused the problem.

Hello,i've started playing the new map recently and so far it looks amazing -except that flare effect that is attached to the sun keeps shining through even the terrain.If anyone has any ideas how to fix it or turn it off please do tell.
