Thanks, I managed to get it, I could have sworn that I didnt had the crystal in the inventory for all previous achievements until that one.

I've tried several time to get the archivement Golem's Light but despite the golem firing the beam at me the archivement doesnt unlock.

Am I doing something wrong or is it bugged? Yes, I have the Jade Maw's Eye lens buff thingy, IDR the exact name atm.

No, they're a personal reward that applies only to you. The currency earned for the Guild is called Favor.
