Except I can't purchase the recipes from Lyhr

Yes @kiri.1467 I bought the Arcanum from Lyhr using Lesser Vision Crystals. The components for the Legendary Obsidian Armor do not appear in the Mystic Forge ingredients list when you open the interface. When I go to Lyhr's tab where the recipes can be purchased, at the bottom it shows I have all the "currencies" to buy the recipes but none of them will unlock.

I have the new Obsidian Armor Mastery unlocked. I have all the Arcanums unlocked with Lyhr in the Wizard Tower I have the Gifts of Mighty and Magical Prosperity I have the Gifts of Expertise I have the Gifts of the Stormy Skies I have 500 Tailoring, Leatherworking and Armorsmithing I am unable to unlock any of the Obsidian Recipes OR craft any of the new Obsidian Armor at the Legendary Forge Am I missing anything?
