    I've repaired the client and tried two different characters. Nothing has helped.

    I tried the merchant several times, that was just at the stairs. But I can try again. I have not tried a different character or repair client. Will give that a go.

    I have a completed Offering to Koda and am standing on the Blue Ice Shining sanctuary but I am unable to use the offering. No matter where I go, or at what time, I am not able to use it. I have looked at several guides and they have indicated to stand on the stairs on the outside above the WP or to stand next to merchant Wandering Spirit, neither have worked. Does anyone know if this is bugged or am I just not doing something right?
