I used the code, I received the item and placed it in my inventory. When I double-clicked on it to use the item, it disappeared. I have searched all of my vaults and I haven't found the item under any of the tabs.

Are there any Mesmers out there that would be willing to give me a hand with this one. It's the last I need and I've been at it for days. My RA tends to make my fingers spasm and I have a lot of difficulty doing most jumps, but this one is particularly difficult.

I've got a Springer, but it's not upgraded and so far, I've not been able to reach it. I've tried from several different vantage points, but none have worked. It's been a long while since I played due to Hurricane Michael - we were without internet for over a year and then I had to wait to get a new computer when the old one died just about the time we got the internet back. Guess I need to see about working on the Springer.

Can you only get to this vista with an upgraded mount? I've run around this map for days and that appears to be the only path.
