How do i contact support - i really dont know how - i have had problems with Digital River before because of my name with non english letters. Also on the settings page on security tabs its says a error on my origin IP location ... can this be the fault

I am unable to buy gems using MC debit card - also - i am unable to buy gems using PayPal. My only option is paysafecard. It puzzle's me that PayPal does not work... Is there any option to try and solve the PayPal payment option. Also, why not make gem purchase through shop on guildwars2.com possible...

I have the same problem with both paypal and debit card auth - new rules from EU clearly does not work. -
With regard to the hard drive error: Try copying the GW2 game folder to another SSD or HDD and run a new repair.
