  1. As the title says there's currently a bug with the event: Defeat the Champion Avatar of Envy - Guild Wars 2 Wiki (GW2W). The champion spawns without a timer and the moment someone hits it or gets hit by it, a timer of 15 seconds appears which at the end of it makes the event fail, which as a result makes it impossible to complete "A Record of War: Strength" Achievement. 

     

    PLEASE FIX!

    Just a small confirmation if possible @Rubi Bayer.8493. Will the Tier 1 of the Legendary Armor have any special effects, like the Raid Legendary Armor having "wings" pop out for a few seconds when going into combat? If not will the Tier 2 have special effects?

    I already edited my OP to state that I don't mind if it's free or not, I just want to be able to get one...

    Considering there're Legendary Weapons, I'd say it's the latter.

     

    And I for one don't mind if Aquabreather gets deleted entirely, problem is that some people, like me, have crafted 7 Legendary Runes, especially with the initial announcement that Anet has made regarding Legendary Relics (My 7th was crafted before EoD so Relics is the not the reason I have 7). So if Anet does remove the Aquabreather slot, at the very least people that have crafted 7 Legendary Rune should be compansated entirely for 1 Rune worth.

    the relic compensation is due to the reworked funtionalty of Runes, nothing have changed about how Headgear works, stop being a choosy begger

    Then make it so you need a Legendary Headpiece to unlock the ability to craft one or something. It's just the completionist in me screaming that not every slot in my armory is Legendary 😆.

    I mean Anet had almost a decade to release one ever since Legendary Armor was released, what's holding them back from doing so?

  7. So now that Anet has confirmed that anyone who has crafted a Legendary Rune prior to Legendary Relics release will get the Legendary Relic for free... Will we also get a similar treatment for a Legendary Aquabreather at any point???

     

    It's kind of weird that we can craft 7 Legendary Runes with the 7th being for the Aquabreather but there's still NO LEGENDARY AQUABREATHER, even though Legendary Armor has been out for close to a decade?!

     

    How hard can it be to make it so whenver you craft any Legendary Headpiece you also unlock a Legendary Aquabreather with the same skin as the crafted Headpiece?!

     

    EDIT: I should probably say that I don't mind if we don't get a Legendary Aquabreather for free, but I do want to be able to craft one, unless Anet decides to delete that useless piece of slot...

    Legendary relics will come with all Guild Wars 2: Secrets of the Obscure relic effects unlocked, will still be freely swappable between existing relic effects, and will still be able to be equipped simultaneously on multiple characters. They’ll also have automatic access to the new relic effects we’re planning to release alongside our third major release for Guild Wars 2: Secrets of the Obscure. We’ll have more information about future expansions’ effect unlocks sometime later this year after we’ve officially announced expansion 5.

     

    Will Core Relics be unlocked on release as well? @Rubi Bayer.8493

    Whether my question is answered or not (hope it will be), this is probably the best announcement we've had in a while!

  9. All I can say is I hope Anet sees this and actually do something about it... Thief probably has the most issues across its entirety when compared to other classes, not to mention one of its elite specs actually gets completely countered by BAD GAMEPLAY DESIGN.

    Speaking of upgrades, I was wondering if there will be a Secrets of the Obscure Expedition Contract for the home instance Black Lion Requisition Team Post? It's odd to me that we didn't get it yet considering the latest expansion is already more than 3 months old...

    WONDERFUL!!! I've got 1 more question in regards to your answer then: will both the public versions and squad versions of Convergences reward those essences?

    Simple math: 140 AA (5 AA from daily login only for 28 days) should net you whatever 28 days of daily login rewards would have netted you. That is 20 MC, 35 Laurels and 7 Clovers/20 Laurels (depending on the box you choose on the 28th day).

     

    EDIT: and that's not including the other items we currently get from daily login rewards, such as fine crafting materials.

    I don't doubt how much AA we gonna get. It's the cost of everything that can be bought with AA. If the clovers/coins/laurels have too high of a cost then we can't buy both the new stuff and what we're losing with the daily login rewards being integrated into the new system at the same time, which is the main issue people are upset about. Of course this all becomes moot should the prices be reasonable, that people lose nothing effectively.

    Am I the only one finding this undertuned? 

    My biggest hope for this system is that it finally directs players to the massive amount of content the game has or incentives to switch their game style like heal etc. 

    People flocking to Orr because we have to do X Events in there or finish some meta events, this kind of thing. 

    But healing 50k is note pretty quickly, it's about 3 person's full health bar. For a weekly. 

    Any thoughts? 
     

    I think it's because more than half the population uses DPS builds, which have very low healing capabailities if at all.
