Since the new patch came out today, I figured I'd try removing and equipping the same module and it worked. I finally got the achievement.

I have the same issue. I crafted the Jade Assistant: Gliding Booster 3, equipped it, and nothing. I tried removing and equipping the module in multiple EoD maps and Arborstone, but still no credit. I tried with other characters, with different levels of Jade Core Bot, but nothing worked.
