    If you look around, you'll find a Google doc from a certain guild which listed "remove boon denial from WoD" under every single profession's suggested balance. Devs play with and talk with these individuals. Just sayin - the boy has influence.

  2. 6.5 -- just a bit above meh, since there are some things that will actually matter to me. The new specs mainly, since I primarily play wvw. They have not announced any other big changes to WvW - alliances so far are just the matchup changes.. they have not promised scoring, reward, mechanics or any other change that will shake it up.

     

    Fishing will be okay while I am paying attention to other screens.

    If I knew I would get more Legendary trunks it could well be worth it.

     

    Another question is what happens if you have every legendary of a type already? The trunks don't do you much good unless new legendaries are added when there is a new expansion.

    You will get a Legendary item that can only sit in your inventory, not go into the Armory.

     

    The people that have every type just get to keep the extras in inventory. Small chance the trunks get updated for EOD.

  4. And those arguing that PvE vs WvW/PvP sets -- how about just using a different Ascended precursor from WvW ? Are you hard-set that since we specifically chose to use different skins to craft our Legendaries -- we're not entitled to this compensation, but someone that chose to use the same base for their Legendary armor - is?

     

    Just because it's a different item ID, does not mean it is functionally different. Either nobody should get compensation, or everyone with duplicate functioning armor should not.

    The downed state has been disabled in WvW during this event! Additionally, earn double WXP, increased reward-track progress, and increased magic find!

  6. Refilling for Mystic Salvage Kits (which only fills the stone slot) -- also crashes.  Doesn't matter which MF you're at.

  7. 929 kills and 298 bags in our 3 hour reset raid on Weaver, and Firebrands/Scrappers only hitting an average of 1/3 that.

     

    Absolutely unfair for support players. Not all players want or can rotate roles to even out the participation. The game should do that for us. 

     

    I can donate all my bags but they still do not get kill credit, hampering their achievement progress.

    As I mentioned, average out the contribution based on damage, heals, boons, strips in a given fight, then award a shared pool of drops, and award kill credit for all enemies you helped kill based on that contribution. They already have the technology to give contribution based on boons and healing, but you still need to damage the enemy. They can remove that requirement just as a start, and just straight up give kill credit when you heal/boon up someone else that got kill credit.

    Again, as I mentioned. These Emblems are planned to be currency for tickets or something else. They will not be garbage. Soon™

  9. It's a good 30-60%+ nerf to bags and kill credit for support classes. This affects number of drops, UD credit, and Emblems of the Avenger (which devs have plans to allow turn-ins for tickets or something else) -- so it is something they should look into fixing. It shouldn't be just about how fast you can tag as many people as you can, it should average the contribution from boons, strips, heals, damage for everyone in a fight.
