I have completed the Astral Purification achievement, bring the required mats to  Astralarium in Istan, but nothing happen. Tried it with different character but the issue persisted.
Have submitted the ticket to support with ticket no. 9098012 and then suggested to report here. In addition, has submitted in game report as well.
