Confirmed partially for me as well. Completed "Master Diver" my second time yesterday.It appears that chests I opened in the later parts of previous cycle are not yet reset, but the ones I did at the beginning of the previous cycle are. I specifically looked at the the latest 4 I opened (none are interactable) and the first 3 (which are all interactable). Note that as explained in the first post, in the noted instances, it is not possible to interact with the chest at all. Visually it is already open.
