I'd like to purchase/gift the volatile magic tools bundle for a friend. They already have one of the tools they bought a while back. Will the gem store prorate my cost for the one they already have? Thank you in advance

I was playing, logged to character selection to switch faces and was then unable to log back in. rebooted, nothing. Came to forums, read this post and tried 2 other accounts. Nothing. Unable at that point to log into forums. After 20 mins I was suddenly able to log in here so I tried this account on the game client and logged in. Logged out to try the account I would like to be playing, nothing. Logged back in with this account, no problem. Logged out again to try the account I would like to be playing - nothing. Sigh.

I have 15 or 16 keys now. For the longest time I was stuck at 10% complete on my 3rd round (opened 1 chest and then the rest showed open). Then, I was shocked to see a chest that was closed and i could loot (was Snowden Drifts)! Thinking perhaps a fix had gone in I checked 3 or 4 of the other chests I ahdn't done but sadly - all open. A bug within a bug? Since some people have no issues and others do it's apparently an account based thing but it couild be anything from - account with more than 5K items salvaged to ones that meet a certain age requirement. Who knows. Hopefully they find a fix for this or a lot of people are going to be unhappy that the 'new stuff' is poo....

So this is a bug apparently. As with other folks who posted above, I finished my 2nd round of Master Diver. I was able to open 1 chest yesterday so I'm at 10% of 3rd round. When I went to do the 2nd chest this morning it was closed but somewhere in between the 5th and 8th krait kill, someone looted the chest and remained stuck open on my screen after that . I've checked several other chests and they are all showing an open. Unable to use. Hopefully this will be address or just go away as it seems to be happening to plenty of people.
