ya guess the Achievement is bug for everyone , some get the Tier 1 and not the Tier 3 or some get Tier 3 and not Tier 1 it looks like , hope they fix this fast :(

Tier 1 and 3 gives Mastery Point , i just did 10 kills on the strike im on Tier 4 now but didn't get the Mastery point for Tier 3.

It doesn't matter what skills you use, it was putting all weapon skills on cooldown. I was just spamming Dagger auto attack on thief and it did it for me even.

it's just weird it started yesterday tho , you would think this problem would of happen on patch day or the patch on the 26th but it started to happen 2 days after the 26th .

ya you can't play like this , a Dev needs to come in here and say something about this because at this time there is no point in playing WvW or PvP or doing big events with alot of people because for one the servers suck with to much people plus with this problem you can only auto and even auto attacking sometimes resets . P.S i don't think this is because of the patch because this just started to happen yesterday to ALOT of people and its still happening.

Its most likely something coming from allies, since it only happens at large events.

it's happening to me even when im by myself fighting 1 mob or more doesn't matter , im on Necro and didn't use no buffs like Quickness, Alacrity or anything . was just in WvW and wow can't even fight someone like this
