[How do you travel to the Eye of the North?]

i have a "hall of monuments portal stone" that takes me there, but it's an instance, not the open world version of the map. is that intentional?

To everyone complaining about this destroying communities: what is a server but the guilds and people on it? why does it matter if it's a "server" or an "alliance?" if community is so important, make an alliance with everyone who matters to you and stay together in the new system.
