I have the same issue now, but my question is how do I submit a bug report if the feature is only enabled when ingame, but I cannot get ingame since I lose connection when trying to get ingame.Also, yeah I have the same issue now. Cannot login to any character now after the 1st story instance disconnected me. Edit:I just tried again and I got back into the game. Should I still submit a bug report?
