hmm... didn't realize that. I've been going on a character that hasn't done it recently. I'll try one that has to see. Strange it's "only" for certain characters though since cats and everything else shows up for any character on your account. Sounds like an oversight and something that should be changed.

There is definitely something wrong with the site. My fiance has tried three times to purchase HoT/PoF update for her account. Every time it tells her there was an error and to try again. Can we get verification or information from someone regarding this issue please and when it will be working again?edit she's attempting to purchase in-game btw update We just tested. I was able to use the same credit card to purchase gems on my account, but she simply cannot purchase Hot/PoF upgrade without receiving an error
