I just needed to say thank you ❤️ Mine is now up and running, and I swear it looks prettier. But. It could just be the fact that it’s back on. I put my graphic settings back to the usual—which is pretty. (For others: I am running a much newer model that is a 64 bit Mac, although, I still scale that one setting down to medium, just in case. If you’re a pre-2015, my heart hurts for you). (But also: on my past machine, which was a late model 2014 I believe, at one point, I had to unmount the hard drive, start clean. The updated OS systems needed a clean install. Meaning, the years of stacking like Yosemite on top of whatever the one previous—there’s been so many I can’t remember. Now, I might’ve had some glitchy bug. But that helped a lot. And turning down the sound quality, sometimes down to fastest can make a big difference, at least it did then).
