Hiya, I just started playing again, and have had some latency issues that I'm unsure how to address. My FPS seems fine, and my ping is okay aside from some spikes which I believe are the main issue (<100 when I'm looking, around 60 to 80, usually shows an Average of ~150 or so). This issue is noticeably worse in Dungeons/Fractals, and a few times I've been in PvP since returning to the game (though it just may be more obvious to me due to time-sensitive dodges, actions, etc.).Things will often be fine, and then for a few moments every ten seconds or go, abilities will just stop. I can move, and usually anything I tried to press during the second (or more) delay will attempt to go off, and the game will jump back to the correct current state. I don't seem to have these issues in other, more lag-sensitive games (FPS & fighting games, Siege and For Honor lately).I've also run the GW2 Diagnostic, which I'll dump below. Nothing seems to out of the ordinary, except for one server with high packet loss (which seems to be constant through a 3 diagnosis runs).
