Tekkit's All-in-one Markers

Just fixed it all I did was redownload Taco and the marker pack -
I have it downloaded and in the correct folder yet for some reason not only can I not see the markers I can't toggle it in the filter options. How do I fix this?

There is a jade cannon that can be used in Seitung Province over by Daigo Ward that can be used only during the meta to get to any of the 3 locations where the aetherblades are assualting.

Due to fact that you can't mount up in Strike Mission: Cold War, since the patch that stopped people from the using the medizooka for jumping puzzles, medizooka is also not usuable in Strike Mission: Cold War. When trying to use the skill that would launch you into the air instead of doing so it instead responds with the error message You cannot use this skill right now while in the Strike Mission: Cold War instance.
