So I failed the Achievement and it bugged again, this gliding saved me. So yeah it's some issue with loading improperly.

Update. I restarted the whole chapter, and kept logging in and out as it saved right at the entering the flying part and it finally just... fixed.

Update, using the Potion of Embiggening just unlocked me and I can walk around the sky.

So, I'm trying to work on Vision and I cannot proceed. This is still an active problem.
