If you per chance leap into the water by using the Warclaw #1 skill Super Battle Maw and both your terrain and water legends are selected as Herald, water combat skills bugs out and aren't refreshed upon entering the water. However the effects of the terrain skills are invalidated yet the facets are shown as in they are active in use with no boons being displayed. To be able to regain the boons or rather the skills from the activated facets need to consume them and wait for the cooldown to be once again used in terrain or water. tl;dr: facets remains activated yet doesn't gives boons if you use #1 skill from warclaw into the water if both selected legends for water and terrain are Herald. Risking a chance of stepping on toes of someone who mains scourge, I am going to add my 2 cents coming from observations from fighting scourges in general. In my humble opinion the barrier generation needs to be reduced a notch. The barrier often gives the scourge a safety net buying time until the heal goes off cooldown prolonging their longevity for longer than it should. As for firebrand, they are OK despite the spammy nature, I don't see much as an issue.

@Khisanth.2948 Thanks, mate! I didn't set any keybind for the target grounds so that thought of being the culprit didn't even crossed my mind. However I checked my options for keybinds and I see it assigned for some reason. I'll unbind and check to see how my client fairs the next days.

As the title says. I keep that option unmarked because it isn't helpful to my game play. Whoever, every single time I play, the option auto activates itself. It usually happens every 15-ish to 20 minutes of game play. Considering I play most WvW and PvP, having that option active is quite annoying and it also already caused me issuse such as missing ground targets skills and even losing fights. I don't know if it is relevant information but I do, in fact, use the "Lock ground target at maximum skill range". In anyway, it is becoming frustrating to play as it is. Done it with my marauder Herald after 10-ish tries while experimenting how to save up energy for the stun breaker. Shiro and Glint Stances Sword/Shield and Staff Devastation - Vicious Laceration, Assassin's Presence and Swift TerminationInvocation - Forceful Persistence, Incensed Response and Rolling MistsHerald - Hardening Persistence, Bolster Fortification and Elder's Force I started the fight with Impossible Odds activated to make sure to stay away from Turai. Important to note that he can easily catch up with the leaps so got to dodge them. I have used Riposting Shadows to evade the 2 leaps. If done correctly, should have around 50% of energy left on the bar still when Turai go to the center for the throwing shield animation.I used Jade Wings to break his bar and the remain of energy with Impossible Odds activated to dps fast. Once the energy was close to be depleted, I have switched for glint stance, used Facet of Elements and Element Blast and staff 5, Surge of The Mists, to make sure he doesn't go back to the center. I activated Facet Strength and Darkness for boons for a few seconds and then Burst of Strength and Gaze of Darkness to not consume all the energy. A quick activation of Facet of Nature and then One with Nature right away and Facet of Chaos and Chaotic Release to cc Turai once again. Between the attacks I'd avoid being hit with the major attacks by using Warding Rift and Unrelenting Assault along with Envoy of Exuberance and Crystal Hibernation from shield skills and swapping legendary stances for energy and stun break if got hit by the stomp. If memory doesn't fail, there was still 30-ish seconds on the timer when landed the final blow on Turai Ossa.
