Translating the game to Brazilian Portuguese

Hello everyone, my name is Daniel, as a fellow Guild Wars 2 player, i've come to recently notice that many portuguese players complain that the game has no translation to portuguese, with that question in mind i've decided that i could translate it myself (yeah, it would take a really LONG time, i'm aware), but i've no idea how to do it, is there a specific program, file or something that i'm not aware of ?
