Stacking Sigil bug

There is a bug with stacking sigils.  I first noticed at times that I wouldn't get any stacks despite having my weapon set with a Stars sigil on it.  I played around and I believe I found the problem.  The Aug 31 2021 update introduced a bug because of the "reset" change to status's after weapon changes.  It appears that if you max out your stacks on a weapon set and then change gear, you will no longer be able to stack on the new gear even though the stacks correctly cleared.  So while the stacks cleared out, the flag stating that the sigil has reached its max does not.  So until you die or change maps, you can't use your stacking sigils.

Here is a recording I did to show the problem.  I start off the video with 25 stacks, change gear which clears the stacks, then kill something using my scepter focus (focus has a stars sigil on it) but get no stacks.
