When will Anet think to stop this kind of abuse?

Today, five minutes before the beta release, this thief was moving in the out of boundary area of EBG map sniping and killing people. Obviously nobody can kill him because the game is not intended to allow attacks through map's boundaries.  This has been happening lately and Anet should fix that.  My recommendation (if it can be done) is to add to the out of boundaries part of the game an insta kill to anybody that tries to use it as a defense.  That kills the purpose of WvW and any kind of playing mode.  Here is the evidence of the hack:

Things like this make players leave the game for good.

Holy crap that was a new one. I've seen instant teleporters once while capping a camp. I tagged him, and the guy just vanished came back instantly and vanished again.
