I know of one other person who seems to be having the same issue. This is the only reason I'm not playing the beta, otherwise I'd be playing it. Hopefully this gets fixed before they get rid of dx9 completely. I wouldn't be able to play with such sluggish movement. Feels like I'm wadding through mud.
