Firstly they said it was cache/cookies/browser (it wasnt) , then today theyve said its a known issue with bitdefender (which it isnt as Ive never used/downloaded this). Given the slow response, Im expecting another email from them tomorrow. They seem to be unwilling/unable to consider its an issue with the arenanet register website probably due to the large increase in usage from the Amazon gaming giveaway - its not the beta as this account was set up when the beta was live, I didnt get my wifes code until later in the day by which time this error had started.
