About Firebrand F1-5 nurf

I really understand why ANet had to nurf tome F1-5, but I really concern a point of it.

They set its internal cooltime as 1s. This is a bit frustrating because all pulse skills don't work with this well.

For example, let's think you have 5 stacks of F1-5, and you're going to put a symbol of vengeance(axe 2)

then your stacks will be spent at 1st - 3rd - 5th ticks resulting your left 2 stacks will not come with 2nd - 4th ticks from the symbol.

 

So, ANet, Would you set its internal cooltime as 0.99s please? Really I beg you.
