Jade bot rescue protocol needs its own downstate button

As the title says, I would like to see the the jade bot rescue protocol have its own separate downstate button, rather than being on 4, or prioritize the self-heal before the jade bot on 4. The jade bot rescue protocol should be 'last resort' rather than first impulse. Far too often I end wasting the rescue protocol when I didn't absolutely need it. Sometimes I get downed just as my target dies, so I have to heal myself in down state with nothing attacking me... wasting the jade bot.
