Avian Sharpshooter - not scaling properly

I have tried to finish Avian Sharpshooter multiple times. It looks like it is not scaling properly. Max stack that I was able to reach was 9. That time I was doing the event alone.

There's a couple threads on this event's various bugs (disappearing arrows, disappearing bow, randomly firing arrows, randomly *directed* arrows even in the special mode).  It's interesting to note that, according to gw2efficiency, more people seem to have Cod Swimming Amongst Mere Mortals than have High-Score Archery.  Hopefully they fix the event.

yes, scaling is one of problems here - no way to do it. If there is anyone else participating in the event, you can forget about making achievement. I had no opportunity yet do have only me in the map doing it but I take from above it wouldn't help either.

This is still not scaling properly.  I am usually alone when it comes up and I hit 10 targets in a row with no misses but the 10th shot fills the bar and finishes the event and for some reason it never counts.  it needs to be fixed to take more than 10 shots to finish the event.

I'm still experiencing this bug, every time again, also "missing" shots while it's right in the bull's eye. Sometimes the following events in the line bug out and you can't even mapswitch properly to a non-bugged map. Is a fix being worked on or is Anet completely unaware of this issue?
