WvW Alliance Beta Heavy Rubber Banding

Hi, I am playing from Aus and ever since the beta started WvW zerg fights have been unplayable for me. Every time a 40 man zerg shows up on map, the rubber banding started and if I leave it long enough, I DC.
OK World bosses are also bad. I guess its just from my end. 

Resolved after logging on to WvW for 4 hours. Ping spiked to 4k during fights but after two hours staying in wvw it began to stabilize. And after another two hours it was stable.

Playing from Aus as well and I've also had an increase in latency since the WvW Beta started. It's fine in the morning/afternoons generally, but it the evenings it becomes borderline unplayable.
