Mistlock Instability: Toxic Trail is still bugged

For some reason it feels like this went completely under the radar.

Toxic Trail doesn't do the thing that it says it does, since the instability update. Basically it never worked.

Can we expect a fix?

While we're at it, can we also get the 2.5k damage and Weakness from getting Aegis stripped removed on Mistlock Instability: Vengeance ? It's unintended. It's also been bugged for years.
