Unobtainable achievement points

With the recent patch, the old Tutorial Achievements are gone, and so is the possibility to gain those Arena Points. This has happened quite a few time in the past, so there are many unobtainable achievement points that contribute to form an unfillable gap between older and newer players.

Please, Anet, communicate a bit better about the future removal or modification of the achievements! 😄

Also (but I know this will be controversial), I think that every permanently removed achievement point should be considered in the "daily/monthly" point cap (and that the cap should be modified accordingly each time to include those achievement points).
