Additionally, it says the cooldown is 40s. Is this intended to stay 40s or should it be moved down to the 30s that the skill Eye of the Storm now is? It's a bit hard to test if it's actually 30s or 40s so I'm unsure if it's a tooltip error or intended. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
